Two positioning methods for fast rolling door
The fast rolling shutter door, also known as the fast soft curtain door, refers to a door that runs at a speed of more than 0.6 meters per second, and its main function is to quickly isolate, thereby ensuring the dust-free level of the air quality of the workshop.
There are two positioning methods for fast rolling doors:
Mechanical positioning: This positioning method is similar to that of steel rolling gate, with the advantages of fast speed and low requirements for the controller.
Rotary encoder positioning: The advantage of this method is accurate positioning. Taking an encoder with a resolution of 1024 as an example, a 3-meter high door is divided into nearly 9,000 points. The theoretical accuracy can reach 0.3mm, and the height setting is simple The generally designed fast rolling door control system can set the height arbitrarily with only one button, which is very practical. The disadvantage is that the rotary encoder itself is relatively expensive, it is a delicate component, and it needs to be used in conjunction with the PLC program.
The working principle of the fast rolling door : a door opening sensor provides a trigger signal to the control system. The control system sends a command to the inverter according to the current position of the fast rolling door. The drive motor is started to make the door curtain rise quickly. The next door open signal opens again.
